UM (UPDATE MANAGER) Commands
Commands in the um module include:

| clean | Delete downloaded component files from the local cache. |
| um-download | Download a component into local cache (without installing it). |
| install | Install a component (for example, pg17, spock, postgis). |
| list | Display the available and/or installed components. |
| remove | Un-install component (for example, pg17, spock, postgis). |
| update | Retrieve new list of latest components and update pgedge. |
| upgrade | Perform an upgrade of a component. |
| um verify-metadata | Display component metadata from the local store. |
